A very good place to stay with great amenities—just like in the photos. The house was very clean, including the bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. There were two ACs, one in each bedroom, and both worked well. The kitchen is basic with limited utensils—just a few plates, a stove, and a couple of pots—but enough for simple needs. The property has power backup and WiFi, which is a big plus. It’s located near the back entrance of the Mayuranathan Temple, just a 2-minute walk away. Overall, it’s a very decent and comfortable stay—comparable to a 3 or 4-star hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Mayiladuthurai.

stay at home was actually felt homely. The host is very responsive clear cut instructions are given. Ample space for parking. There are multiple shops where you can get your daily needs. The home stay is a equipped with fridge, washing machine, Aquaguard, utensils and cookwares if you like to cook your food. Both the rooms had excellent condition AC. The property has power backup however there was no power outage during our stay. The stay is near to Karekal Beach (10 min Drive) The property is surrounded by greenery. A big shout Out to the Host family. I would definitely will choose to stay at the same place whenever I am travelling to Thirunallar again.

Albans place is in a beautiful location - calm, quiet and very spiritual -- one could almost sense the history in the surroundings

We had a really nice weekend away from the noise of Indian cities. A tastefully renovated home, excellent food, and a team attentive to our needs. The house is located in a small village in the Tamil countryside. A few meters from the house, there is a temple dedicated to Shiva that you can visit without a problem and about 2 kms one of the largest temples in South India. Not to mention two old French colonies (Karaikal) and Danish (Tranquebar) a few kilometers away, the area is worth it. We will be back!
