Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Thanh Xuân

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

The location couldn't be better - just steps away from vibrant markets, street food stalls, and historical landmarks. Yet, despite being in the midst of the action, the house itself is tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Overall, our experience in this 4-bedroom house, the combination of its prime location, charming ambiance, and the warmth of our host made it a memorable stay. Whether you're visiting Hanoi for the first time or returning to explore more, this house is a perfect choice for a truly authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Great location next to Hoan Kiem lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area in the future

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

Beautiful home. Within walking distance of many good eateries and less than 5 minutes away from train street. You can even see the train passing by from the balcony! Self check-in was very smooth too. Everything was clean and towels and toiletries were provided. Good water pressure with water heater. Host was very responsive and helpful with queries. Es ist perfekt um Hanoi zu entdecken, vor allem die Altstadt aber nicht genau im Trubel zu wohnen. Es ist viel Platz, authentisch und sehr gemütlich! Vor allem die Betten waren ultra bequem, danke!

I appreciated the neighborhood and the ability to go through day to day life without the pressure of tourist based businesses around me. Old quarter is a comfortable walk up the road if you want that experience, maybe ten minutes to the south side of lake Hoàn Kiếm.

在一個很好的公寓大樓裡，在河內出入都是靠Grab叫車，所以出行沒問題。離舊城區比較遠，但是Grab費用也不用超過5-6美金，非常簡單。房間是個studio 該有的都有，我因為是素食者所以每天自己煮食，廚房對我來說很方便。樓下就有超市，想買什麼都有。旁邊走五分鐘就是個很大的mall，裡面有戲院跟food court。

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. I also feel safe here with the camera system at the alleyway outside. This homestay is suitable for a female group or family. Thank you Ms. Huyền for always be available to help us. We had a great time 🩷

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

We loved our stay out this beautiful location. Our hosts made is feel very comfortable. They were super helpful, carrying our suite cases from the taxi to the house, helped us save money arranging pickup form the airport and all our other transportation needs. Recommendation for the best money exchange. Bought groceries and cooked for us. Clean spacious home, great service anytime we needed it. Very responsive and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.

Nhà đẹp. Chủ nhà trang bị đầy đủ trang thiết bị cao cấp. Chủ nhà cẩn thận cắm cả 1 bình hoa tươi to trong nhà. Villa có 4 phòng ngủ có bathroom khép kín và 1 phòng ngủ không có bathroom. Có nhiều góc đẹp để chụp ảnh.

House was well suited for our group of 7 with room to spare. Good location in the old quarter. Host was very helpful and communicative, even helped us with transports from the airport.
