Leaf Village Resort has many very beautiful houses that are still complete. Ms. Trang's house is beautifully designed with all the super kitchenware, always ready to help any request. The house is also available in a very large terrace overlooking the mountain, can sit and grill BBQ with chill. The BBQ can be notified in advance so that you can prepare for it. Especially, there is a vast vegetable garden all kinds of vegetables that always love it, when we come back, we are also allowed to pick as much as cowpeas, cabbage with trenches. 😍 And on the weekend, we hear that we can also go hiking nearby that we don't wear shoes, so we can't walk. The best homestay I have stayed in so far, the hostess and the brothers there are also as cute as possible! Going to a large family to leave the city for a few days is crazy.

Very nice apartment. Brand new, beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you could give 6 stars, I would. At this price, a very nice apartment. There was even a nice tea set inside. The host responds quickly and helps check in. The only disadvantage is that the location is far away, so expect that you will have to take a taxi to the sights about 20 minutes for 10 dollars. There will be no cafes or shops nearby. But the apartment itself exceeds all expectations

We loved our stay at Spring Garden, it's in one of the most beautiful areas and so many stunning attractions are located nearby I was travelling with my 13 year old son and we stayed in a family room which had two large beds, plenty of space, it was perfect for us. There's a gorgeous pool that provided lots of entertainment for my son, even in winter when it was cooler. The host was very welcoming and really looks after guests, presenting welcome drink on arrival, organising bikes for free to explore and giving us rain ponchos. The property is a bit out of the way but that was the highlight for me, it's nestled among the most stunning limestone mountains with a river flowing near by. Exploring the area around the homestay is joy if you are into nature and it's best done by bike as there is so much to see. With that said, it's only 1.5km to the Trang An boats and you get there a flat gravel road so it's a great base. Would definitely return here if I come back to the area.

This was a lovely homestay a short walk to the Mua Cave viewpoint. The viewpoint looked stunning in the evening as the lights from the walk way were lit up on the mountainside. A couple of downsides were, the breakfast, which was meat pho, which we didn't eat as we're vegan. (Nguyen offered to make a vegetable pho for us instead.) Also, at our time of booking, the location was inaccurate on air bnb, as it placed the homestay near the town centre/lake and we had to get a grab taxi to and from the centre. Hopefully the location has been corrected now. To be clear, it is in the Mua Cave area.

The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

I have just checked out today, and I am glad that I have booked green FarmStay for 6 people. this is awesome place, far from city and surrounded by farms and mountains. This place is much more beautiful than what host have described in post. this is 2 acre farm hous with 2 big bedrooms, 1 drawing room and 1 kitchen. plus an open kitchen and 3 different dining area. They have 24/7 person stay at entry of house to help you anytime. they provide daily breakfast for free. this stay was awesome and I recommend everyone to Stay here only.

Really friendly and helpful.

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this place. We were initially skeptical upon booking because there wasn't a physical address listed, but Viet provided a google maps location within 24 hours of booking. When our taxi arrived in Trang An, we were blown away by the views of the mountains and lakes. It is truly stunning. The homestay is located within the ecological preserve, with several other homestays in the vicinity. We were happy that we chose this one because it's smaller; more intimate and private than some of the other nearby homestays. Most of our interaction was with Viet's wife, Ve. She was remarkably warm and kind, and was always available to assist us. It is a family run business and their level of devotion to their guests is admirable. I'm a professional airbnb host myself, and I learned quite a few things from this family about providing excellent hospitality. Kuddos to the hosts. We wish for the best success to them.

Welcoming and flexible host, breakfast included and very good! The environment is nice and close to activities on Ninh Binh. They also rent scooters on site for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with our stay! Only downside: we booked a room with a view of bamboo and were finally accommodated in a room that had no view.

The entire staff were super friendly and helpful especially Ve. My 4 yr old godson who was travelling with me could be a handful at times but they were all really sweet and patient with him.

This place is a slice of heaven tucked underneath some beautiful mountains, it’s peaceful and serene, the staff are amazing and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant produced amazing dishes and a great selection of drinks! I felt safe, happy and relaxed the entire time.

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need
