We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented a car from Nan airport and drove up through the hills, took about 1.5 hours. The little house is in a beautiful location. The house is clean, the facilities were good (balcony, shower, fridge etc). There is a local man and his partner who you can pay around 400 baht for him to bring you a massive meat/seafood BBQ platter and stove, which was a really special touch. There are not really any restaurants in walking distance, so make sure you stock up on food.
A balcony with a view of lush green hills features two rattan chairs and a small round table. Sunlight filters through the overhead roof, illuminating the outdoor space. Surrounding greenery enhances the serene atmosphere of the setting.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Ya Thip Boutique Resort! The place was spotless and just as advertised. It’s in a great location, easy to walk around Sapan Nan. The hosts were incredibly helpful, even arranging transportation from Nan. The food—especially the pizza, Italian sausage, and tiramisu—was top-notch. Grandma Thip’s hospitality was the highlight of my Northern Thailand trip. I highly recommend staying here for a warm, memorable experience!
