I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a really good value for the price. Honestly, you get more than what you pay for here. The host was super nice and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always quick to respond and genuinely kind. Thank you so much for everything—would definitely stay again!

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften in Thailand, aber Baan Rom Pruk war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Pool war kristallklar und absolut sauber – ein echtes Highlight, vor allem am Abend, wenn er durch die vielen Lichterketten in eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre getaucht wird. Die Zimmer waren ebenso außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei jedem Anliegen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Auch unsere Scooter konnten wir direkt über die Unterkunft buchen – alles lief reibungslos. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Axels Farm sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft sah in echt noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und allein an der Einrichtung erkennt man, wieviel wert Axel auf seine Gäste legt. Das Bett war mitunter das bequemste, welches wir in Thailand erlebt haben und die Minibar war himmlisch. Axel ist ein offener, immer erreichbarer Host mit dem man gute Gespräche führen kann und die Hunde, die auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen sind alle super lieb und haben uns die Tage nochmal extra versüßt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist ziemlich abgelegen von großen Aktivitäten, aber das war genau das richtige für uns, da wir es lieben nicht-touristische Orte zu erkunden. Das Dorf auf Stelzen, welches nur 8 Minuten entfernt liegt, war ein Highlight auf unserer Reise und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ebenso der Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Park in der Nähe war wunderschön, leer und voller Affen, die man in Ruhe bewundern konnten - Höhlen gab es dort auch viele.

it is a great brand-new villa. we stayed for 3 weeks. It is compact and, at the same time, has enough space. I loved the design feel cozy and beautiful. The villa is very private. The swimming pool is clean and nice. The kitchen was equipped good enough for us blender, coffee machine, nice cutlery etcetera. We stayed at the Naithon area and we loved it. it is not crowded but lively vibe a lot of restaurants. Naithon Beach is definitely one of the best beaches in Phuket only 3 mins drive from the villa. We found a Hideaway restaurant with good food and a great homemade bakery and coffee just 3-mins walk from the villa. One of the greatest spa well-being resort TheLifeCo 7 minutes walk from the villa (top facials, massages, IV drips, yoga a lot of other services). Yanina help us a lot with good recommendations for car rentals, tours, and restaurants. if I could not switch on washmachine Yanina quickly find out via pictures what i did wrong)) I would highly recommend it!

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

Gorgeous apartment, super clean and tidy. Close to cafes and the beach! Also the room stays super cold even when its muggy and hot outside.

fantastic host of a fantastic apartment. we have stayed in a few apartments over the years at Mai Khao but this one was so thoughtfully provisioned with bits and pieces to make the stay more enjoyable and easy. not all hosts do this. a lovely welcome selection of fruit and snacks and chilled drinking water in the fridge, and soap and detergent to keep things clean. again not all these apartment hosts do this, so it was appreciated. spotless and beautifully presented, top floor and great views. our favourite.

Pristine modern condo in a very attractive new development. Peaceful family atmosphere, close to the beach and a number of bars and restaurants. An excellent and good-value base for our time in Phuket. Irma and her property manager KauKau were both friendly and responsive. Recommended.

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

Новый комплекс, закрытая территория, близко к пляжу, есть где погулять, на территории комплекса есть детская площадка и водная горка, два бассейна и «ленивая река», есть душ у входа, можно помыть ножки от песка. Квартира имеет удобное расположение рядом с выходом к пляжу, в квартире есть все необходимое, очень понравилось готовить, кухня как дома. Есть стеклянная перегородка которая разделяет комнату на две части. Лучшее предложение из трех месячного путешествия по оснащению.

Проживали в апартаментах с мужем и ребенком 4х лет в течение 10 дней. Нам очень понравилась квартира, светлая, солнечная, современная, а самое главное полностью оборудованная всем необходимым для жизни (капсульная кофемашина, стиральная машина, мощный фен, полный комплект кухонного инвентаря). Нужно учесть, что квартира маленькая, нам втроем было немного тесновато, но главное, что диван раскладывается. Сам комплекс очень понравился, бассейны, горка, много зелени, в пешей доступности (10-15 минут) до пляжа. Из минусов - это отсутствие включенной уборки, возможна за доп плату, но она достаточно высокая. Постельное и полотенце нам бесплатно поменяли в середине срока проживания)

great location of the apartment 3 minute walk to the beach. great onsite pool area and really spacious apartment, very clean and really a great place to stay . great street food carts outside the complex and some really good restaurants . great host always answered questions would love to stay here again.

выбирали жилье недалеко от аэропорта ,с хорошим пляжем для ребенка 9 лет , с отеля возили на спец.транспорте ,очень удобно . В комнате все необходимое для комфортного проживания и приготовления пищи ,все приборы и кух.инвентарь. Нам очень понравилось,приедем ещё раз обязательно и порекомендует друзьям .

Peter's apartments are fantastic. They have everything you might need. The space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Peter generously provided fresh fruit and water at check-in. The beach and local restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away.Thank you for the hospitality—we truly enjoyed our stay!

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

I give a rating, firstly, because one of the important aspects when choosing housing is very consistent with the description and photo, the location is quiet, there is parking, many restaurants and nearby stores 7Eleven, Lotus, currency exchange, nearby is an excellent semi-wild beach 10 minutes of quiet walking

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Brandschoon appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voelde als thuis! Goede communicatie met de eigenaren en schoonmaakdienst. We zijn erg tevreden en komen graag nog eens terug!

Great unit near Nai Yang beach. After crossing one street you are right at the beach. Rosy was available to answer any questions and the stay was great.

Ми дуже задоволені відпочинком у Nar! Відпочивали троє дорослих та двоє маленьких дітей. Красива та доглянута територія з різноманітними басейнами, на будь-який смак, охорона. Квартира відповідала опису, була затишною та світлою. Регулярне прибирання та зміна білизни, в квартирі є все, що потрібно, кухонне приладдя, правильна машина, навіть спеціальні засоби для дітей, як от підставка для ванної та дитяче ліжечко. Особливо гарною була тераса з видом на внутрішній двір, де можна було спокійно посидіти в кріслі і насолодитися видом. Ми вдячні Nar за його турботу та уважне ставлення, він завжди йшов на зустріч нашим побажанням! Ми залюбки повернемося, коли будемо наступного разу на Пхукеті)

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend
