Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

호스트 게리는 제게 맞추어 모든일을 진행해 주었습니다. 제 친구가 체크인시간을 어겨서 문제가 발생했음에도 줄구하고 밤늦게까지 기다려 주었습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 내집과 같았습니다. 마침 다음일정이 없어서인지는 몰라도 체크아웃 시간을 조정해 주어서 제게 편의를 제공했습니다. 도보로 5분이면 청결한 현지음식을 즐길수있는 푸드코트가 있고 마야 소핑몰또한 도보로 6준이라 너무 편했습니다. 게리에게 감사하며 다음에 또 뵙기를 희망합니다. 감사합니다

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этих апартаментах, отзывчивый хозяин, хорошее расположение, очень чисто Но есть несколько моментов, которые вам стоит знать. На сайте не представлены фото санузла, который сильно отличался от общей картины. Окна в спальных комнатах выходят и зале выходят не на улицу а в хол, что не позволяет находится в помещении с открытыми шторами, так как вас могут увидеть другие жильцы.

非常美好的一次住宿体验，房子非常干净整洁，小阳台外的风景视野也非常开阔！房东人非常好，下次来到清迈我还是会选择这个房子！

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

朋友們對這民宿整體感覺十分滿意，我們都特意安排了半天留在民宿內好好享受屋內設施：桌球枱、游泳池、卡拉OK及燒烤爐，像舉行了一個開心派對，十分難忘，民宿到商場超市都不遠，大讚，推薦。

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

The Doi Kham Villa is indeed a peaceful retreat at the foot of the hills! The villa was spotless clean. Check in instructions was clear and all communications went well. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s been great stay! Thanks Sean!

Great place! I wish my group could have stayed longer. At first, it driving to the place may not look as nice, but once at the property, the place is amazing! Better than photo. The view is beautiful and outside is well kept.

公寓位置优越，步行可到宁曼1号、maya商场。房间设施完善，阳台山景壮丽。房主回复快 沟通顺利。临时因故晚退房，房主爽快应允。邻居友善安静。入住期间有装修的，工作时间有时会有噪音，没办法。阳台门有纱窗，密封好，但仍能听见飞机声。不过对本人睡眠没有影响。有机会我会再来。谢谢Jane！

Super Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Sogar mit Waschmaschine, die gut genutzt wurde. In der Nähe und selbst im Gebäude gab es gute und ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war tadellos, schnell und hilfreich. Auch war der Check In bereits am Morgen absolut problemlos und flexibel. Super Unterkunft! Nur zu Empfehlen! Und gerne wieder!

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!
