The villa is in a quiet residential area, 2 km walking distance of the centre of Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, a yacht marina, many shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira is also excellent for cycling, with routes from easy to expert. The villa has a very secure garage with a bike rack inside. The villa is perfect for a break with family or friends.

Luxury on a unique tranquil location.This restored finca is located in a cul de sac. Within walking distance of Teulada (shops, restaurants,..) and only a few km's from Moraira, Benissa and Javea. Beautiful (heated) swimming pool. 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of parking. For the holidaymaker looking for peace, but still close to everything!
