This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and the decorations are so pretty. Really liked how it was decorated, Its very well taken care of. It was a very peaceful private home. We even had a deer in the drive way on the last day, that was neat. We unfortunately had to leave a day early to get back home, but we were glad we stayed there.

We really enjoyed this space. We stayed here to for our wedding week, and hosted a midday tea on the property. The yard was absolutely perfect for our event, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Faye was always very responsive and helpful and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Just beautiful. What a magical spot in the middle of the woods. Saw countless deer, marmots, and turkeys. Enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, and wood burning stove. Hit up the Pizza Lab & Jake’s while we were in town and Lynn’s Dakotamart has everything you would need. Thanks for sharing your dreamy space with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cade's property, which offered a variety of unique features that significantly enhanced our experience. The thoughtful provision of all necessary amenities, including a hairdryer 🙃, ensured a comfortable and convenient visit. The scenic views were exceptional, and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub offered a perfectly relaxing retreat. We also appreciated the friendliness of the neighbors we encountered and particularly enjoyed the daily sightings of deer and fox. This home is beautiful!! We had a great time at David’s place. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and inviting. Our two teenagers enjoyed the luxury of having their own en suites. If you're an early riser, watch the sunrise from the hot tub - epic way to start the day! The location of the house is great too; close to restaurants and grocery store.

The house was very accessible to what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. We had 6 pickups + trailers with our sxs and plenty of places to park. Nice also being able to use the garage. The house was very accommodating and we very much enjoyed the big dining table for playing dice and cards in the evenings. I would recommend this home for large groups. There were 12 (6 couples) of us.

The place was exactly how it looks in the photos! The beds were sooo comfortable. Tons of space! Super easy drive to deadwood and lead! You definitely would need four wheel drive to get up there in the winter!
