Vacation rentals with a patio in Termal

Absolutely loved staying at Yunus’s place. He was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is beautiful and ideal for anyone who prefers a calm, peaceful area that’s still well connected to the city. It only took us around 40 minutes to get to the historic peninsula ("Tarihi Yarımada") and just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The flat is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again, Yunus, for the warm welcome and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. There are a lot of places to visit around. We followed Mr. Kıvanç's advice, they were really nice places. He communicated with us very well, thank you very much. The house was great, we had a very pleasant few days, thank you very much for everything.

I think it has a better view than what was shown. It's a duplex house, the view from the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, so I went up there and enjoyed the view.

Great location, friendly and very decent host, available at any time throughout the day, and they have airport pick-up service, restaurants and markets downstairs, and a safe area for security to be present, and if I get a visit to Turkey, this residence will be my first choice I found all the hygiene tools available inside and a very wonderful and clean place to stay and the host and her husband are wonderful, God bless them

we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

Everything was in place. Mr. Emre was also very helpful and had open communication.

It was very easy to reach in terms of location, we got off right in front of the bungalow at the end of a period of 40 minutes with buses passing through the center. The staff provided very kind and descriptive communication. The hot tub was in use, there were necessary supplies for the barbecue, the furniture of the house was new and spotless, everything was as it appeared in the photos, the view was very nice. It was calm as a neighborhood and close to everything you need. Air conditioning was sufficient for heating. We were very satisfied, we would like to come again in the summer season ☺️

Our stay went very well, the house matched the photos. The pool and sauna was perfect. You can park very easily in front of the house and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Mr. Ugur and his son Can were very kind and available during our stay. I recommend 100%

The location is amazing! Even better than the photos. There is a very sweet neighborhood dog who will come and sleep on the porch each night. It’s very quiet and very peaceful and easy walk down the hill to the coffee shop and the main thoroughfare. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
