It was amazing, everything was perfect, clean and organized, impeccable decoration, spacious, extremely pleasant, safe and very quiet, it has a room with a baby crib, I thought it was very affordable! This residence is absolutely perfect! Besides being very nice and comfortable, the location is excellent. Transportation apps respond quickly in the area, which makes it much easier to get around. In addition, the proximity to everything we need is incredible, making everything very practical. I want to especially thank our host, who was not only excellent, but also a true friend. She was always available to help us with everything we needed, going far beyond what was her duty. Your attention and care were key to make our stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks for everything!

I've stayed for several weeks in this suite over multiple different visits to Teresina. The suite has all the amenities for a long stay and has a central location. It is inside a hotel immediately adjacent to a major road, and there is some noise from traffic and sometimes music from nearby restaurants and bars on the weekends, but the hotel interior is quiet and it's easy to get around the rest of the city from this location. I'm very glad to have this apartment as my home base for six weeks in Teresina!

The bathroom features a modern design with sleek tile work and a glass shower enclosure. A white sink sits atop a minimalist countertop, while a toilet is positioned beside it. The space is accented by decorative lighting and a large mirror, enhancing the bright atmosphere.

Very cozy apartment, everything well organized, beautiful and of excellent quality. Our only problem was the air conditioning in the room that wasn't working, host Raquel super helpful provided an air conditioner but in a 40-degree heat in the city made us have uncomfortable nights. Other than that, that was fine!!!

Apê is simple, but it is very cozy, you will be entitled to everything in it. wash, cook, extend… I want you to feel at home. The room is very cozy with fan and 9mil btus window air conditioning and with 32”TV available for you to watch anything you want including Netflix and Disney and Wifi. The neighborhood is called Noivos (1400m do Teresina Shopping) and there is no parking in the building.
