Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. It is located 5 minutes from the A20 highway exit 17, in a peaceful hamlet of 60 inhabitants, on the edge of the woods and 8 minutes by car from the city center of Argenton, where you will find all amenities. Conives, a locality in the municipality of Thenay (36800), is part of the Brenne Nature Park. This place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids).
