Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

L'orangerie: studio with on-site parking

Enjoy an optimized, elegant, central, quiet and wooded 19 m2 accommodation located on the ground floor set back from traffic in a private inner courtyard. Pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, newspapers on the avenue. It is a 3-minute walk to the city center. The sofa bed is 14 cm, 120 x 190 bed. The bathroom with window is equipped with a walk-in shower. Kitchen with all the essentials, washing machine. Ideal for an evening stopover or for a few days of visiting Nivernais.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It is at the ground floor of a castle on the mountainside that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) for its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
