It was a great deal. Better location impossible. I took a room with a shared bathroom,but as they were available, I was offered another one with a small private bathroom. Overall I liked it a lot,simple but very good for the price, and great communication with the hosts, even though my Spanish is not very good. I recommend it.

Single room on the second floor with private bathroom and window facing the passage. Cable TV, closet, and dresser for clothes. Table, chair, and lamp as a workspace or study. Located in a residential area, steps away from Av. Alemania, one block from Av. Javiera Carrera and four blocks from Av. San Martín. Close to the Casino, Autonomous University, RedSalud Clinic and various commercial premises. There are two dogs that live in the house, but they don't go up to the second floor.

Great location, very nice town. Large room with good beds. Good shower also. Breakfast included. On-site parking. Very quiet to sleep as well.

it is a very cozy place that makes you feel at home, very comfortable and with parking that is very important. In addition to the excellent attention of Mrs. Carmen, who was very attentive and pleasant at all times. Very recommended option to spend a few days in Temuco.

Excellent service from Doña Mirtha and her husband Don Hector, they have a beautiful house with green areas around, ideal for children to play or just sit on the grass to rest or meditate. Comfortable rooms with soft, comfortable beds. Very clean and clean bathroom, a large and warm dining room where you can eat as a family with your stove to stay warm in the winter. Attention is 100% familiar, with healthy and tasty breakfast. The location of the house is close to the airport and tourist areas with lakes, hot springs and volcano. I give it the highest score and recommendation.
