With charming private entrance, apartment not overlooked on the ground floor of a 2-story house. Bright, clean in a family-friendly and safe neighborhood. Full of shops, quiet, 20 minutes from the airport: ADRAR, 3 minutes from CARREFOUR and DECATHLON. Living room with TV (IPTV: thousands of international channels) library of thousands of films, YOUTUBE and internet (individual box); bedroom, spacious kitchen very well equipped and toilet-bathroom with hot water.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Beautiful villa with private pool, not overlooked. The villa is located in a new residence 10 minutes from downtown Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's, etc. (5-min drive) and many other shops.
