Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, in dem Schwimmen zwar erlaubt ist, der aber meist nur noch als Angelgewässer genutzt wird. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ und allen Sky Paketen. Mit Holz-Spielplatz, Hängematten, Hollywoodschaukel, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse zum Grillen.

Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.
