The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

We had such a great time here! We brought our kiddos and celebrated Father’s Day weekend at Kyle’s place. The pool was perfect and so fun, we loved the volleyball net. There were plenty of yard games and we love the paddle boat on the lake. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! The place had everything we needed and we couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were to have booked it over a hotel. We will be back for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! So cozy and spacious. Immaculately clean! The backyard was an awesome hangout space. The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. The home was a perfect location. We were always only about 15 mins from anything we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to AZ!

We had a great overnight stay at Kevin’s home! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. It was a comfortable stop during our trip—thanks for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. We had some family visiting at my Aunt’s house nearby and her air conditioning went out! We wanted to keep the family together and we made the right pick with this house. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was a huge bonus for everyone. The beautiful backyard and pool became a gathering place in the evening. Everyone loved the beds and we were able to make breakfast all together in the well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the quick communication and would return again for another visit!

I enjoyed seeing the geese and the ducks on the water. That was an extra surprise. The room was exceptionally clean and Kevin was easy to talk to and make sure everything went smoothly.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

This was a great location. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had all we needed. We really appreciated the time taken to label the light switches! Very cool! We hadn’t seen that before. Thank you. We’d definitely stay here again.

Would absolutely stay again given the opportunity. Nathan’s place was exactly as described and felt far more homey than others and offered good space to stretch out. My boys got a kick out of the jack and Jill sinks with shared upstairs shower/toilet room and loved the blackout blinds! Dedicated workspace was vital for me and the internet speed/ workspace didn’t disappoint. Desk chair was very comfy! Nathan went above and beyond in timeliness of communication and helpfulness in getting me an early check in, and when an Amazon delivery I needed accidentally went to the home’s cluster mailbox. (Thank you!) Check in/out was a breeze. Proximity to campus and especially Tempe Town Lake bike /running path was a bonus! We used it frequently. Wonderful stay, thank you, Nathan and family!

We had a good stay. The sunsets are beautiful and the unit is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely pool area and shaded playground if you have kids. Connie was responsive and helped us sort out anything that came up .

This is my second time staying at the Casita, and it has become my go-to Airbnb when I come in to town. Great hosts and comfortable, private space to call home away from home.

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

Outstanding stay. This freshly remodeled gem keeps the flavor of the age of the home with quality updates and amenities. We enjoyed cornhole while using the BBq, laid out our hockey gear in the spotless backyard. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked, such a come up when traveling. Seasonings, all the cooking utensils, fully railed with top appliances, including blender. We can’t say enough about this perfect host, she has thought of everything! Only comment, which I was aware of, a Keurig for coffee, remember this tip.

This is a sweet home with good energy in a great neighborhood... We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area!
