This lovely condo is right on the beach, with oceanside views from the patio and bedroom. The area is quiet, yet within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The building has a pool, gym, and a hot tub. The apartment is fully equipped for both short term and long term stays: full kitchen with appliances, beach chairs/ boogie boards, hi-speed wifi, cable, smart TV. I stayed here as a guest, and loved it so much that I came back to live. No smoking, no pets and no parties please.

So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!
