Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tema Metropolitan

I was really more than satisfied !! Would have liked to stay longer and will certainly fall back on the apartment again 💯 for a short time. without hesitation, recommended to everyone!!

Diamond is a great host and her place is exactly as it's listed! The home is comfy and inviting and not too far from the city area. You can easily catch a Bolt or Uber out to where you need to go, or walk to the main road and catch a local Trotro! Thanks Diamond!

This was a beautiful place to stay! The place had a strong aura of hospitality and we felt right at home! The poolside was just gorgeous and the water temperature was always right! Doreen is such a wonderful soul and is overall a great host! Godwin, our caretaker was wonderful, always checking in with us just like a family member to make sure we were okay. The place met all of my expectations and even exceeded them! The security was top notch and up to scale so there was never a moment I felt unsafe. My kids loved everything this place had to offer; I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked on extremely short notice but Mr. Kofi still accommodated me quite well. His place was superb!

I had an issue with the check in process but it was resolved. Aside that, I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. No complaints at all. Apartment was tidy. Neighborhood was safe. Eddy, the security guard was extremely friendly and helpful to me. A big shoutout to the property manager, Hannah and her team who made sure my stay was secure and incredible. A bigger shoutout to Nana who checked up on me from time to time and even ordered me Jamaican food. She’s amazing. I’ll be back soon. Cheers!

Totally impressed with the accommodation. Loved that one could easily walk to the main road where there is a plethora of shops including supermarkets. This was very helpful as I traveled with a toddler. Noah the caretaker is really great and Peter was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Totally fell in love with the place , clean, spotless and functional. I will definitely choose it again. Feels just like home and more

Oh wow, I don’t even know where to start. So we lucked up on this Villa in such a short amount of time. Before booking this Villa, we were still trying to plan our excursions as well as finding aDriver. When we booked, the first thing we noticed was Portia was very responsive. I think we asked her one question about something and she let us know that she can coordinate all of our excursions and she could provide a driver. That was like music to our ears. So not only did we find somewhere to stay, but everything else we were stressing about was now being handled all by the same person. The process was also very easy because Portia is very detailed, very responsive and damn near an over communicator lol! When we arrived at the house, we pray that it looked like the pictures and it absolutely did. It was home away from home. And and let’s not talk about our driver John. John was the best thing that happened to us in Ghana, we have officially adopted him as our cousin lol!

I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. I will definitely booked again whenever I visit Ghana. If you are traveling to Ghana and looking for a safe, clean and a beautiful place to stay, I will definitely recommend Sebastian Residence. Philip (The caretaker) was an amazing very good at his job.

Our stay at ET Luxe Abode was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the incredible team—Isaac and Koffi who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience while Trudy and Eric coordinated communications remotely. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking decor that made every corner feel like a design magazine come to life. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it both luxurious and comfortable. We felt completely at home, yet pampered the entire time. If you're looking for a beautiful getaway with outstanding service, this is the place. Can't wait to return!

Our 2 weeks stay was amazing. Location is really good and extremely safe area. The boys that work in the house are very helpful, never needed to call Mr Anum (owner) to ask for anything. But in case you need him, he’s so quick at getting back to you and assist you with anything. I will definitely book this place again x

Overall, our stay was wonderful - amenities included worked well. Sidiq and his colleagues were very responsive in communicating and assuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible.  The layout of the Airbnb was great, with location and security that was also supportive, and friendly was an added bonus. 

It is amazing how they were able to put such an amount of stylish furniture and storage space in an apartment which is not that big. It ls located at a gated safe community. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Accra is at 45 minutes, however for those working or visiting Tema this is the perfect spot.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. The place was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Awesome place. Just as in the pictures. Very neat space in a safe environment. Home away from home I must say. Host at your service 24/7. Just send a text and you’re sorted. For the price, it seems too good to be true 😊. Definitely visiting again.! Will definitely recommend this apartment anyday.

I had a great stay at Kwame's place and would stay there again. The place was spacious with fans and AC. No mosquitos. I hear the mattresses in Ghana can be hit or miss....the bed was very comfortable. Some people at other hotels near the beach had problems with roo.s being damp and mold....this 2 bedroom was dry and nice. The cleaning Folks did an amazing job when they cleaned while I was out for the day. The place was sometimes tricky to get back to late at night...but there is an onsight taxi driver that can help you out. I felt safe and secure and the host was completely trustworthy.

My friends and I had a great time at this place. Abbey had an assistant named Solo who helped us with almost everything from airport pick up to transportation around town on most days to chores and also getting food. The house was tidy before we got there. There were instructions all over the house and all the appliances were labelled which made it easy for us. There is a shop nearby where we shopped and managed to cook our local food. The only difficulty I would say is the place is a bit far from where we usually hang out which is OSU but overall, great place, with a great ambiance, amazing neighbors, and a great neighborhood. I would love to return on my next visit.
