Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. walking distance according to online maps. 12 min to main cathedral and pyramid situated downtown. everything else like stores, restaurants and 1 other arqueological site are only seconds to 12 min max. this is a small but cozy place to see how the average izamalian or modern yucateco / Mayan live. feel the warmth of the people. it's ideal for two people,but if needed , it can fit 4 with a hammock

This tidy house, just two blocks from the convent, mercado, and Centro, is perfect for large families/groups, as there are 3 beds and two hammocks in the huge bedroom, and three hammocks in the dining room, and now a 2nd toilet out back. There is an AC in the living room and in the bedroom. There is good internet, and a 42" flat screen for streaming videos. Breakfast includes eggs, bread, milk, cheese, cereal, jam, butter, coffee and tea. Huge secure back yard for your pets to roam.

Hotel Kocai is a beautiful and private oasis amidst the yellow desert. The pool is cool and perfect for the weather, which is hot regardless of the season, and the staff are friendly and proactive. The room itself was incredible and it has all you need. Location can be tough to manage if you are carrying big luggage and were dropped off at the city center by the bus or train taxi service, but you can always get a 2 dollar taxi from the main square, just make sure it’s daytime as Izamal is a small town that, other than Sundays (festive weekend day for locals) will be dead by 10PM. Overall would definitely stay there again!

Excellent, very nice, cozy. Personally, I loved the concept, the spaces. It's close to downtown Izamal restaurants. Both hosts are very attentive. They provided us with tourist information. I highly recommend them.

The house was truly amazing. We had everything we need. A well equipped kitchen, huge rooms and bathrooms, a nice pool and the garden was the perfect oasis to relax. In a quiet neighbourhood, but just 10 minutes walking to the beautiful city centre. We loved our stay so much and would recommend it to everybody!

The gallery is very nice and interesting, the beds are comfortable and you really appreciate that the rooms have air conditioning, having two bathrooms is very useful when you stay with more than one person. Ed was very attentive and kind at all times, I highly recommend him, we hope to stay with Ed next year.

Very good place, practically new and quite comfortable. There is a stage under construction (expansion), this point did not particularly bother me, I understand that it is to offer more accommodation. My bedroom was very clean and the service was very good. In addition, the location is excellent: with the Kinich Kak Moo pyramid right at the entrance to the accommodation. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.
