Beautiful apartment on the 9th floor, with access to Río Cruces, a nice dock to relax, a wetland that hides wonderful native species. Pool overlooking the river. Close to Saval Park, Austral University where the botanical garden is located, bars and restaurants. A few minutes from downtown on foot and beautiful beaches. The tinaja (natural hot tub) is free for our guests to use, as is the stove. Brand new house in an environment with an incredible view of the Cutipay River nature sanctuary. The house is fully equipped to receive our guests, it has a Smart TV with streaming apps, internet, pellet heating, bed linen and shower towel sets and a tinaja.

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.
