The space is not next to UFV, it is in front of Univiçosa. Pleasant, safe location. By car, UFV is 15 to 18 minutes away. For those seeking comfort and economy, it is an excellent option. If the priority is to be close to the UFV, I recommend looking for accommodation near the institution, which obviously doubles the cost. I value transparency, precisely to avoid any future misunderstandings. I suggest reading the reviews of those who have already stayed. You can get an idea of what the space is like. Welcome!

Cozy flat for those seeking the privacy of an entire apartment. The building is well located and has a 24-hour doorman, elevators… In addition, it is located close to everything, between 2 supermarkets, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, a bus station and a pharmacy. We are located about 7 minutes from UFV. We have a TV Box that will give you access to several channels, movies and series. The apartment does not have a garage, but we have a partnership with a gentleman who rents the garage for a good price!!

We provide all bed linen, bath and face towels and liquid soap. Great location, quiet and open-minded environment! Very well decorated, with 35mb wi-fi, smart TV with Alexa and kitchenware, coffee powder and basic ingredients. Come unconcerned! You're going to hang out!

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

I was very well received by Kézia and her mother. The apartment is extremely clean and has a wonderful decor, exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely pleasant atmosphere. We felt at home and recommend it!

My stay was excellent! I am a woman and I was alone in the apartment for many days, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the period. The cost-benefit is great. The host was extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Check-in and check-out were easy, with clear instructions and everything done remotely. My goal was to go to UFV, and the location couldn't be better — it's really very close, you can walk there easily. In addition, the apartment is close to the bus station and has easy access to bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacies and everything you may need. Ordering delivery was also super easy. The apartment is very spacious for one person, well organized, with great internet and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed, especially privacy. I was able to wash my clothes and the household utensils available were great, which made the routine a lot easier. Great experience. I'd stay again for sure.
