The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

A rattan chair sits by an open window, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. A decorative cushion rests on the chair, and a book lays open on the seat. A patterned curtain partially frames the scene, adding a touch of elegance.
