It was as pictured and felt safe. It is not very walkable to restaurants and but that is probably more as a result of the design of the city. Jay was very attentive and responsive. The premises were clean, gym accessible and so were the common areas except the theatre which requires a 48 hr reservation notice. The unit was stocked with some water when we arrived but it would have been nice to have other amenities such as paper towels. The bathrooms were tidy but small and very little space in terms of storage for your toiletries.

A nice apartment with a spectacular view, very clean and comfortable, however there are a few details to improve and I don't think they are very complicated or expensive to solve: 1. The shower in the bathroom of the master bedroom does not work, only water droplets come out, so we only use the shower in the bathroom of the secondary bedroom. 2. The kitchen faucet has to be opened carefully or else you end up soaked in water. 3. The TV cable in the secondary room stops working many times, the TV freezes continuously. 4. This is the most important point, the bed in the master bedroom, in addition to being high, slides easily. The combination of both things caused my mother, an 80-year-old person with spinal problems, to fall. Luckily, there were no major consequences other than leaving her in bed for a couple of days with severe pain. Putting some non-slip protectors on the legs of the bed can prevent future and more serious accidents.
