Eine super schöne Unterkunft. In sehr ruhiger Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Zum See braucht man auch maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß . Zum erholen und entspannen der perfekte Ort. Das Zentrum von San Pedro ist auch nicht weit weg . 100 Prozent weiter zu empfehlen!

Everything about La Casa de Oxkan exceeded our expectations. It was close enough to the action that it was easy to get to and from, but private enough that the lively nature of San Pedro was never intrusive. The home is beautiful in every aspect, and Magdalena was one of the most attentive and responsive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Not if, but when I return to San Pedro, I will absolutely stay here again.

Muy hermoso lugar. Hay demasiada calma, bastante bosque y el clima bastante fresco. Es demasiado relajante y un lugar bonito para ir en pareja.

Very beautiful tiny house close to San Marcos, two minutes walk to the lake, 10 minutes walk to the centre. It has a cosy terrace surrounded by a small strip of garden with trees, birds, squirrels and a cat. The housekeeper Sebastian is a very kind local man, it was a pleasure to meet him.

Me gustó mucho que la cabaña quedara también a 5 minutos de San Pedro, ya que pudimos visitar ambos pueblos y caminar sin problema. Siempre hay Tuc Tuc disponibles y no tuvimos ninguna mala experiencia. Tomamos lanchas públicas para ir a Santiago y a Pana, todo salió muy bien.

This was a great getaway place. With four kids in tow, the big open space outside was very refreshing for all, an awesome area to run and explore. The house and decor had a slight cabin-feel to it, which was fun. Everything was clean and functioned well. The area was generally quiet and secluded, although there was a wedding reception happening not too far off on Saturday night. In general, this is a place we would do again.

Casa Alberto lleno y superó nuestras expectativas. Al inicio tuvimos un inconveniente, pero por error mio al momento de hacer la reservacion. Fue con Manuel con quien mantuve comunicación y desde un inicio busco darnos solución de forma muy amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadía en casa Alberto y la comunicación 10 de 10!! La casa simplemente es HERMOSA!! Encontramos orden y limpieza en cada área, todo tal como se describe y se muestra en las fotos. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto. Como dije al inicio, superó nuestras expectativas y si podemos, seguro que vamos a volver.

The view was breathtaking, and the cabin was warm and inviting. Staying at Cerro de Oro was a truly special experience. I was captivated by the constant melodies of the birds and the stunning rocks that decorated the surroundings. It's such a wonderful place to unwind and connect with nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Wow! Casa Awanima was such an incredible stay. The landscaping was so thoughtful and beautiful. We loved being surrounded by fruit trees and herbs and watching the butterflies. Perfect place to relax and recharge. We also really enjoyed just hanging around the property coworking. The temezcal and fresh mountain water pool were great and it was so special to connect with Cheyo’s culture during the temezcal ceremony. I really enjoyed Antonio’s yoga and qigong classes. Meals on property were great and so was using the kitchen to cook ourselves and eat outside. 10/10!!!

Sarah’s place is exactly as pictured- situated in a serene area overlooking Lake Atitlán with all the amenities you could need whether you want to stay or travel around the lake. The property itself is gorgeous and well taken care of. I particularly loved the multiple balconies and is where we spent most of our time. When we decided to visit other towns on the lake we had no problems using the private dock to and from our destination. Sarah, Byron, and Pascual were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and took care of us our entire stay. Absolutely loved the place and would be back!

Un lugar muy acogedor, con mucha tranquilidad e ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Marian estuvo muy atenta a todo, la comunicación con ella era casi de inmediato.

Una experiencia inigualable. Este lugar logra un equilibrio perfecto entre confort y naturaleza. La tranquilidad es absoluta y las vistas son simplemente espectaculares. Desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer, ardillas y pájaros nos acompañaron, creando un ambiente mágico. La energía de los volcanes y la serenidad del lago hacen que la estancia sea totalmente renovadora. Desde el deck, se puede admirar un impresionante risco de piedra que se sumerge en aguas turquesas. Sin duda, un destino al que queremos regresar pronto. ¡Altamente recomendado!

La cabaña estaba preciosa, y no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar ni para encontrarla. Aunque fue algo difícil conseguir que saliera agua caliente de la ducha, volveríamos sin ningún tipo de reserva.

Das Airbnb ist eine wunderschöne Oase mitten im Ort und tollem Blick auf den See! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und das Häuschen ist wirklich geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen wundervollen Garten und ist mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Danke! :) Leider jedoch sehr viel Dreck/Müll und Verwahrlosung im direkten Umfeld, zum Beispiel sehr viele Straßenhunde. Eine kranke Hündin kam auch zu uns in den Garten und wir haben geholfen. Dazu brannte der Müllplatz (nur ein paar Häuser hinter uns). Die Tage darauf konnten wir kaum nach draußen durch den dadurch entstanden Gestank. Wir wollten dann während unseres Aufenthaltes gerne im Lake Atitlan schwimmen. Doch der See ist dreckig: Viel Plastikmüll und es sind auch tote Fische zu sehen. Plus Gefahr von Parasiten. Die Wasserqualität liegt natürlich nicht in den Händen der Gastgeber, über eine transparente und ehrliche Einschätzung zum Zustandes des Sees z.B. in der Beschreibung hätten wir uns jedoch gefreut.

We are a family of 4 (1 currently living in Guatemala) and we absolutely loved this home. Note that it is a family home passed down through generations and is a bit rustic, and requires visitors to be mindful. Some features such as the windows need to be treated with care. The grounds are extraordinary and walkable. The guardian Juan José was available to help if we needed anything including shopping for our BBQ. He lit an outdoor fire and we relaxed under the stars. We made use of paddle boards and kyack. I can't say enough about how helpful Joaquin was before during and after our stay. Thank you thank you

I had a great stay at Daly's place. It had a breathtaking view of the lake and was super cozy and cute. I stayed for 2 weeks, and she sent her assistants to have the place cleaned mid-stay. I also needed some help with a lost personal item, and Daly jumped in to help. She is super kind and very responsive. 10/10 host and I'd stay there again!
