An excellent place to be with family and pets, close to the beach and with places to eat. We really enjoyed the stay, check-in is very easy and everything is accessible, we will definitely book again when we return to Tecolutla.

The accommodation is fine, the place is very quiet and comfortable, the host, although slow to respond, is attentive, the only drawback is that it is not close to the beach, when I searched for it with filters on Airbnb it did appear close to the beach and the location too, but other than that I recommend it.

Very nice for those of us looking for rest, beach and tranquility with our little ones. Hunter Villas is nice, clean and safe. To make your stay more pleasant, I recommend going prepared with groceries to prepare food and enjoy the pool or beach without having to travel. The accommodation has fans and air conditioning, the rooms are cool and the climate/heat is tolerable Mrs. Dulce is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we'll be back for sure!

The place is very quiet, excellent view of the river, it has everything you need, the location I think they should update it, it was a bit confusing to get there, but it is a very good place to rest, I just think that it is necessary to install air conditioning, because although there were fans the heat was quite strong. The house is as described, simple with everything you need and in the middle of the countryside, in contact with nature , with insects. You only need a fan in the living room and dining room, otherwise good, there is hot water in the showers, we had bad weather and the pool water felt cold but the day the sun came up I think is ideal to cool off! A badge is needed at the entrance of the subdivision since if you arrive at night it is difficult to find it! Very close to the beach, walking 10 min to the beach without shopping, 5 min by car there is a beach with commerce!

Although the location indicated in the app is not accurate, the actual location is quite good. Very close to the beach. The house is nice, the area is very quiet. The only point to improve are the beds as one of them is smaller than an individual and the other is king size. It was still a very good stay and we had a great time.

There is no market nearby or some self-service store, so it is recommended to purchase the provisions before arriving. In general it is a good option if you are looking for a quiet place and close to the beach.
