Ok let's be honest, if you are looking for any kind of luxury, this is not the place for you. If you want an authentic, rural Mexican experience, this is the place, there are bugs, animals outside, roosters, dogs etc. It was just what I wanted & to be close by some amazing cenotes. Alex's place was as described. it was very clean, has hot water & internet. Note that there is zero cell reception. Luci, the neighbor that manages the house was wonderful and helped us troubleshoot any issues or questions we had. Speaking Spanish would be very helpful if you stay here. Do take your own drinking water or purchase at the local store. The locals are very warm and friendly and happy to help and give directions when engaged. We had a fantastic stay.

We made the reservation and in less than 15 minutes we already had all the information, the house was very clean, they were very kind, we liked it very much and we hope to be back soon

Everything is very good with Eliseo's accommodation 💯 recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, the people who take care of the cleaning are very friendly.
