The apartment is really special because of its location and because good taste is present in every corner. As it is on a pedestrian street, it is quite quiet despite being in the center. The large mirror in the living area projects the image of part of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento inside and provides great light. It's the perfect place to enjoy Valencia without sacrificing tranquility The apartment has an elevator and a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Guests can ask us for any service such as babysitting, cleaning, home chef... and we will gladly inform you about any service available in the city, including all kinds of sports activities (tennis, golf, surfing...) Even the North Station, which is precise by the way, is just 300 meters away. Bike rental in the area. Parking with cheap rates and a 24-hour rate (you can freely take the car out and put it back) at 15 euros. We have another apartment listed on Airbnb on the same floor and building. They are the only two apartments on the floor, also with four beds available, so that between the two they would add eight beds. Ideal for two couples, or two families with a small child...

A home for the whole family, in the city center, old part of town, with beautiful views, integrated into art and Valencian culture, enjoy the restaurants or cook in a kitchen buying products on the main market of the city that is just down of the apartment. The house is very very clean, the sheets are made of cotton and the duvets have covers, to be well washed also after each stay.
