Overall, we had a very positive experience in the apartment, the icing on the cake was the host Ruth, who is simply a lovely, warm and helpful person. She insisted on welcoming us when we arrived at the apartment despite the late hour because we arrived with two young children. It was important to her to help us in any way possible. She left us games and toys for the girls and any small or large issue we raised was answered immediately and above and beyond what we expected. Ruth is truly an exemplary host! The apartment was spacious and cozy. We could also use the parking lot which was very convenient and helpful. We liked that the apartment was very large and spacious and relatively quiet despite the location close to the main street. In the vicinity of the apartment there was a supermarket, plenty of shops and restaurants, pharmacies and more. Which was very convenient. Thank you very much Ruth 🙏🏻

Overall it's a nice place to stay, great location: multiple stores and 2 subway stations within the walking distance, quiet neighborhood. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, everything you need for cooking, gas oven and stove. The space itself is quite cozy, windows have mosquito nets, which is great, good wifi speed. There's no central heating, only a space heater, so it might be chilly during winter. Size wise, the apartment is more than enough for a solo traveller, but could be a bit small for 2 people. In general it's quiet inside the apartment, but sometimes in the bedroom you can hear neighbors watching tv or celebrating something. As a bonus, a gray cat comes by the window to say hi from time to time 🐈‍⬛ The host is very welcoming and super easy to communicate with 🙏 I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We stayed at this apartment in Tbilisi from May 23 to 25 and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and clubs. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and there was even a local bazaar nearby which added to the charm. The atmosphere in the area was lively and full of character. A great spot for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant side of Tbilisi!
