Monthly Rentals in Taysan

Juana and Tina were very hospitable despite us checking in late in the night. We needed a quick place to crash for the night and they welcomed us warmly into their place. The unit itself is spotless but homey and cozy. It felt like coming home rather than staying at someone’s place. Thank you, Juana and Tina for welcoming us! We’re definitely saving your place as one of our favorites if we find ourselves in Batangas City again (next month, maybe?). ☺️

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

First time using airbnb and I was satisfied. Catherine is very accommodating and answers all my questions. She provides all the details and really easy to deal with. I am happy with the place and felt right at home. I am also happy that there are cleaning equipments as I am quite sensitive to dust. It would be nice to have bigger pots next time hihi. Overall, totally satisfied and if I am going back to Batangas, i’ll definitely book here again. Thank you!
