After many additions and updates, it's now a quiet part of a Church Camp property (which you're welcome to explore). Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

Barndo on the Ridge is located in north Abilene not far from downtown and close to S. 1st. The Barndo sits at the top of a hill surrounded by pure west Texas country. Get away and enjoy the peace of the country, sip coffee on the porches and enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Many wildlife can be seen near the feeders, around the property and flying in the sky. You can also get a front row seat to view the military planes as they fly over during the day practicing their flight trainings.

One of a kind loft! This unique apartment was built in 1920 with our Sears Craftsman home. It has been totally renovated and updated and just might be the cutest "steampunk themed tiny house with a sleeping loft" anywhere, much less Abilene. Just minutes from downtown, the SoDA District, The Mill, bars and nightlife, all three universities and Dyess AFB. Our Historic Sayles Loft is perfectly located for one night, a weekend, or more! It’s a tiny space, so two guests is the limit!

Modern, cozy duplex close to downtown!!

Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!

The "Cottage" is a private one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house with a full kitchen that overlooks the backyard pool. The house is situated on 40 acres outside the city limits of Abilene, Texas (Potosi to be exact.) When you arrive, you may see horses grazing out in the pasture, two loving Collies & the farm cat "Major." The Dug Out Hideaway is on 10 acres in the country, on the side of a mesa. We have hiking trails through a cedar forest. Wildlife such as deer, fox, racoons, and coyotes could be seen at the feeder near the house. Clear beautiful night sky. Spectacular view overlooking Abilene and countryside. Waterfall on back patio with a view of the mountainside. Large fort for kids to play in.

We’re so grateful the host allowed us to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday here. It meant so much to find a place that welcomed a small gathering, most places don’t. The pool was perfect for the party, and we all had such a blast! The backyard was great, and the patio made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. Inside, the home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It felt super homey and peaceful, and the neighborhood was quiet too. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t change a thing!

We enjoyed staying at Juli's place. We felt safe, peaceful, and right at home. The bungalow is clean, comfortable, and stylish with thoughtful details that make it a refreshing space. Juli was kind and quick to respond to our questions, and the check-in/check-out processes were a breeze. We'd definitely recommend this bungalow and would stay here again if we were in the area.
