Vacation rentals in Taylor County

Cute place to rest my head for a night, needed to cut a longer trip in half and this spot was perfect for my dog and I to stretch our legs and recharge. Interior of the shed and the bathroom were both super clean. Found a *large* rattlesnake shed, a turtle shell and saw a group of 5 deer.

Our family ended up renting all the cabins for the extended weekend. We had already planned daytime activities and were sad we didn’t spend more time on the property! It’s such a cute place, clean, activities, and great hosts! I’d recommend it for sure!

We had a nice weekend at Duane's place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The house and amenities are just as described. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful fall break stay in this cozy little A-frame! The space was exactly as described and a perfect little glamping home base for us while we explored nearby Columbus, Pasaquan, Providence Canyon, and Plains. The beds were clean and comfortable, and our 10-year-old especially liked getting to sleep in the little loft up top. The bathhouse was right across from us and probably the nicest campground bathroom situation we’ve found yet! Lisa and James were super helpful and responsive and also SO kind to our kiddo, who loved meeting all of the farm’s friendly critters and feeding them treats. We would 100% return to Piney Hills next time we’re in the area!

A beautiful property. My family enjoyed all the ponds for fishing and a short drive into downtown Buena Vista for quaint small town feel. We will be back.

Loved the rustic setting which also had up to date appliances; bath fixtures; TV; AC. A very nice balance! Out away from town, yet close enough for anything you would need.

Loved our stay at this peaceful cabin. everything was clean, loved the sound of the creek. Be aware that you will have to drive aprx 30 minutes for dining out. Will definitely return.

Lura's place is just as described - a well appointed home in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is full of most the required amenities to make almost any dinner. The bed was very comfortable (as was the back couch). We enjoyed having space to spread out and the porches provided lovely places to just hang out and bird watch. As a host, Lura was incredibly responsive to messages and very welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Butler.
