BLUE OAK CABIN, the White Mountain Retreat!

LyannaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This cabin in Show Low was beautiful, clean, and we'll stocked. The host was very kind and communicated well. It met our needs for the weekend. The only issues we had were that the stairs up to the loft were VERY steep, we'd hoped to have some time around the fire pit but there was a fire ban in place (obviously not the host's fault) and the cabin is hillside, so it was a bit difficult to traverse outside. However, the large deck did allow for some outdoor time. There were books for children and board games for the whole family. We did end up having to run to town to get toys suitable for our toddler as we forgot to pack some for the trip! Luckily there was a Dollar General that had plenty of grocery and toy options less than 10 minutes away. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The House at Whipple Ranch.

Summer DawnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We stayed at Whipple Ranch while visiting the White Mountains for a special occasion—I was officiating the wedding of dear friends. It turned out to be the perfect retreat for our family, including our Goldendoodle. The home is full of charm, and the surrounding property is peaceful and inviting. We especially loved starting our mornings on the front porch, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Visiting the hens each day became a highlight—we brought them treats and, in return, enjoyed some of the most delicious fresh eggs! The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with portable AC units that kept everything comfortably cool. Brad was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We’re so grateful for the memories we made over the weekend and for the chance to stay at such a special place. Whipple Ranch truly felt like a home away from home.

Bison Haven Cabin-Your Home Away from Home

TiggaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A very nicely appointed, immaculate and comfortable "cabin" on the outskirts of Show Low. It is in a development of such cabins, and there was a bit of road noise from the 260 on the back deck. However nice forest dominates the view and the back deck is well equipped for outdoor living. The host was professional and thoughtful. Definitely recommend as a base for the area.

Cabin Retreat in the White Mountains of Arizona

DonnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Cabin was absolutely adorable and very well appointed. I absolutely loved the way it was decorated. It seems almost like a brand new home. Anything and everything we needed, was available. The cabin is located very close to the Linden Valley Arena for horse people needing a close-by place to stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was only a few minutes into the main street in Show Low. Ryan, the host was very receptive and answered any questions I had within minutes. We come to the White Mountains multiple times a year from Tucson. This place is going to be one that we visit again and again.
