I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Really recommend that accomodation, the house is beautiful and well equipped. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and respond very quickly to the messages. The location is great because you can feel real Vietnamese atmosphere but at the same time it is quite close to the city center

Tea and Ryann were such amazing hosts - they were very accommodating from the booking phase, until we checked out. They also arranged our tours for Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as drop offs and pick-ups at the airport, and it made everything so hassle free for our group. The location is very accessible and center, surrounded by great food options, easy pick up and drop off for the Grab taxis, and relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive and detailed, and even supported us with last minute changes on our tour reservations, and even on the rebooking of my friend's flight. Overall a very happy and satisfied stay and trip in Hanoi and Sapa! :) Thanks so much for all your help, Tea and Ryann!

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

From start to finish, Hao was lovely and helpful. We arrived in Hanoi at 12pm so we were able to get an early check which was very convenient. The apartment was exactly how it was shown on Airbnb. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice and hot, the projector was a nice addition. The apartment is in a very good location. A 10 minute walk from the river. Lots of nice restaurants around. I recommend this apartment for your stay in Hanoi!

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

We spent 3 nights at Duc’s whole in Hanoi. We had such a great time here. Perfect location for exploring the old quarter and more! Very cute and brand new fit out. Duc was really responsive and helpful - including sharing local recommendations for food and coffee which were spot on. Thanks Duc!

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and the host worked very hard to prepare the accommodation. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis had a facial recognition access system, so it was inconvenient to enter, but skylake provided two access card keys, so it was really convenient to enter the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the guests.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

It is a very comfortable stay

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a second Korean village apartment in Midding, so I could see dozens of Koreans every day, and the security of the building was thorough. There were convenience stores, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, and Korean supermarkets on the first floor of the building, and there were Korean laundry, Korean night restaurants, Korean bakeries, Saemaeul Restaurant, Hong Kong Spot, Dukki Tteokbokki, Heidi Lao, and Korean Butcher Shop in the complex, so it was like living in Korea. The apartments in Ho Chi Minh City had a lot of noise between the walls, but it was quiet between floors and walls, and there was a lake in the picture, so the view from the house was good, and it was good to go out and run. Midding is very close, and it was convenient to be able to move to Hoan Kiem or Lotte Mart for 3-4,000 won by Uber. The only drawback was that it was under a dozen or so soccer fields, so the only downside was that people playing soccer until late every day were a bit noisy. I intend to revisit very high.

The location of the accommodation and the convenient distance to the grocery store are good. The host is kind and responds right away. I had a comfortable stay like my own home.
