Kirchenstraße Haus- Luxury German Fairy-Tale Home

Charming and lovingly restored farmhouse in the countryside of Franconia. Built in 1581, the Kirchenstraße (Churches Street) Haus stands with tranquility over 430 years later. It's seated next door to St. Bartholomew's Church, where the bells chime harmoniously on the 1/4 hour. Oberdachstetten is a village of 1600 with a train stop, and close proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nürnberg. The home has 5 bedrooms, for 13-9 Adults/4 kids + ultimate amenities for your respite in Germany.

The vacation cottage "Auszeit" (time out), which we have lovingly renovated, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours together. On the huge terrace with beautiful distant views, grill and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can have a good time and forget the world. We have placed special emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive amenities. The cottage is rurally idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Lower Franconia

This two-story, spacious apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Lower Franconia. The apartment is fully equipped and has two balconies, as well as two bathrooms and a guest toilet. In the large bathroom on the 1st floor, there is also an infrared sauna, which can be used by our guests free of charge. There is also a beautiful garden at the house, which invites you to linger in summer. The occupancy of the rooms can be flexible as needed!

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.
