Tiny house for 1 - 8 people with infrared cabin

Built in 2024, the tiny house has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds, 1 mobile baby bed in 3 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. An air conditioner cools the upper floor. Several parking spaces are available on the premises. On the covered terrace there is a small infrared cabin and fireplace. The location on the Franconian Heights offers an attractive cycling and hiking trail network. The location invites you to take a short break in the medieval cities of Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Vacation surrounded by nature

We warmly invite you to stay with us in the countryside. Here you can enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings to the fullest. Take relaxing trips to the vineyards or explore the nearby Steigerwald forest, and end the day in our spacious garden. For extra relaxation, our private sauna can be used once free of charge (each additional use costs €10). Perfect for anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and simply “do nothing – want nothing.”
