Welcome to our cozy home with a sauna, located near a forest and a gently flowing, soothing river called “Cicha Woda” (Quiet Water). The house is situated in a peaceful part of Zakopane, close to nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage has 5 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace, garden with barbecue area. Parking for 3 cars right in front of the cottage. The cottage has two bathrooms, one with a shower stall and the other with a bathtub. FEEL FREE TO JOIN US

'Jodłowe Izby' - cottage 'Szałas' Relax in an intimate place. The Szałas cottage is suitable for 6 people (plus children up to 3 years old). It has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including one in the room, a spacious living room with access to the terrace and an equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on a property with its own forest and river. There is a gazebo, a fireplace, and in-season swimming pool (available to guests from two cottages). Note: we accept dogs up to 12kg in the cottage!

Guests have access to a large garden, and the house's riverside location offers peace, quiet, and proximity to nature.

“A wooden house is more like a living being than a dumb object” – this idea guided us from the very beginning of creating this place. The history of the house dates back to 1924, and its interiors hold the spirit of bygone years, which we carefully preserved during the renovation. When renovating the space, we paid attention to every detail – with respect for the traditional Podhale architecture, natural wood, and original features that give the interiors their unique character.

Żabie Dworki Luxury Chalets for 2-8 people

Żabie Dworki - Witów Luxury Chalets are comfortable wooden cottages (combining highlander style with modern design) with an outdoor relaxation zone with a garden jacuzzi and sun loungers surrounded by trees and a stream, as well as a barbecue shelter. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a large sofa, a coffee table and a large wooden table with highlander-style chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Niedźwiedź Room with Private Mini Jacuzzi

A cozy double room with an area of approx. 16 sq m. A bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a shared, fully equipped kitchenette. Outdoor hot tubs and saunas are included (self service and reservation apply). Playground, game room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and 3 BBQ grills. Free free standing pool in the summer season.
