Eve is a wonderful and friendly host who always replied promptly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Her cosy little home is within a walking distance from practically everything and fantastically quiet. If you are looking for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings where you can almost travel back in time (loved the views), this is a good choice. However you should probably know that this truly is a home and everything that comes with that, and not an anonymous guest apartment, but to us it only added to the charm.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mihkel’s place. The photo’s don’t do it justice, it feels bigger than it looks on pictures, more like a house, only sharing the garden with neighbours. Kids can enjoy the little playground and table tennis or go play football or other sports in two very well-equipped sports fields just around the corner. Tartu has a lot to offer and Mihkel’s place is really well situated: you can walk to the centre, to the university, Aura indoor waterpark & sauna center, to Ahhaa science center and other places

We had a great peaceful night at the place. Had a little confusion over the fact that we were supposed to check in beforehand, but got it quickly sorted out by calling. The place was clean, cozy and as depicted in the pictures. The sofabed was quite squeaky, but otherwise fine. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Cozy place where we stayed for one night during a hot summer day and luckily there was a fan which really made a difference during the night. Also has a great location - close to the city centre but in a quiet neighbourhood.

Very nice and clean apartment with all you need. Felt a sweet welcome. In a good, quiet area and very close to the old town where you could reach by foot. Easy parking and easy to get to. Everything was really very nice. I recommend it!

Cosy. The first word that comes in mind, remembering our stay. Spacious, bright with lots of light throug huge windows. Well equipped kitchen, with all the needed devices from espresso macine (with quality coffee included) to dish washer. All the pots and pans an utensils. Huge balcony. Safe parking. Sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful host. Las but not least was Hermiine the tortoise. It was first warm days of spring during our stay and we were able to let her go sunbathing on the balcony. She was so active and curious, discovering every corner of the balcony and of course our toes. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Tartu.

Anti, what a peaceful place you have! It was pleasantly cool on those hot summer days, making it a nice and cozy retreat. The location is fantastic - everything is within walking distance, and your traditional Estonian house beautifully reflects its history and the surrounding area. We appreciated the free parking space and the proximity to the old town. The unique apartment was a gem, and we were thrilled to find that the description was very accurate - exactly what we were expecting. A special thank you for preparing firewood for a lovely evening gathering; it really added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Antis' apartment!

We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfy, there was enough space for all four of us. Also the host offered and bring some extra toys for our boys to play with, which was very nice!

Absolutely lovely stay - the flat was beautiful, modern, and easy to find. The mattress was hands down the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Parking right in front of the apartment was a big plus. Would 100% recommend!

Professionals work in this apartment. Everything is clear and to the point. We stayed for one night, we were looking for emergency accommodation, Annika responded quickly, everything is thought out in the apartment: a parking space near the entrance and the availability of everything we needed and what Hosts usually save on is a spare set of linen, salt and spices, sunflower oil. The presence of additional hooks for towels, especially if it is a new apartment, but not in this apartment, here Annika took into account all the details, it seems like a trifle, but it shows the attitude. Thank you , Annika, we had a complete feeling that we were staying in the apartment of friends who left us the keys to their apartment. (This is in a figurative sense, in the apartment "Smart lock")

The apartment was stunning—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The view was amazing, and the balcony was a real highlight! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in; it had everything we needed, and the kitchen tools, in particular, were of excellent quality. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything go smoothly. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

By far one of the best AirBnB apartments we stayed in. Very comfortable, spacious, very good beds, plenty of spaces to work, read, and rest. Bathroom has a big shower and a laundry & dryer machine (which was necessary given the rainy days we had). Perfect breakfast place at 50 meter walk on the corner and many bars and restaurants at the end of the street, near the old town hall square. To the city center it's 15 min walk and to the Delta Management School it's 7 minutes walk. Marge responds at the speed of light and is very kind. Note that, even if you do not arrive by car, your first entry is via the car park access and subsequently you enter and exit via the door to the street. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator, so a bit of suitcase exercise is required.
