Monthly Rentals in Tarpley

We enjoyed being in genuine hill country of central TX, surrounded by the hills, no sound of traffic - only birds. Lots of wildlife around. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch and hiking to the top of one ridge. The kitchen is fully furnished and the bed was comfortable. For all who want this kind of quiet, be sure to bring all of your food or you will drive a ways to find more. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Traci and her James were the best hosts I have ever encountered. It felt to me that they were sharing a piece of their heart with us. The cabin was extremely clean, secluded, comfortable, quiet and super cute. The attention to the details was impeccable. The communication was on point. Traci was clear with her instructions and even recommended some restaurants and activities for us. Being able to be there and feed the animals was also another great experience. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! We were in Bandera for a rodeo and was looking for a place to stay where we could keep our horses. Nancys place was fabulous! Everything was extremely clean and well kept, the house was even more charming than it looked in the pictures, and to make it even better (if possible) there were fresh baked cookies on the counter when we arrived! She had everything you could need! Nancy and her daughter were so kind and welcoming that made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a place to stay with horses this spot is perfect! The barn and feed troughs were clean and sanitized and the stalls were spotless! They even had a fan in the barn for the horses. The property is absolutely beautiful, you cross a creek and pull into the most well manicured hay field with panoramic views that make you never want to leave. So quiet and peaceful! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! We will most definitely be back!!

Great place my Wife and I loved it. Not often you will get a chance to stay on a property as beautiful as this one. Not many places like this one for sure. It was a blessing for us and just what we needed. Just like the listing says it’s dark and you can see the stars. Horses came by to visit and brought their friends the cows lol. Going to add it to the once a year trip list for sure.
