Luxury apartment with privat parking place.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Stor Luksus lejlighed med vand udsigt i alle rum

Ny og stilfuld lejlighed med smuk udsigt til Københavns kanaler fra alle rum Lejligheden egner sig til gruppen som ønsker en rolig og afslappet ferie i smukke omgivelser. På altanen kan et glas vin nydes. Hvis man er frisk, kan man tage en dukkert i havnen. Med 10 minutter på cykel er man i centrum. Få minutters gang kan I tage havnebussen og sejle rundt i København. Togstationen er omkring 1 km fra boligen.

Lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, gratis parkering

Sit back and relax in this luxurious and stylish residence. The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and has a fantastic view of the harbor run in Copenhagen's harbor and is located in Sluseholmen, which is referred to as Copenhagen's Venice. A relatively new area with a nice atmosphere, close to shopping and easy access to Copenhagen C. The apartment has 2 large balconies, one of which has a view of the water.

A sandy beach is bordered by a wooden pathway that leads along the edge of the water. Modern buildings are visible in the background, complemented by green grasses on the shore. A cloudy sky overhead enhances the serene ambiance of the area.

Central and modern family-friendly apartment

New and cozy apartment next to the beach. Grocery, bakery and restaurants within 300 meter. The first cafe is located in the building and therefore only 10 meters away. Easy access to Copenhagen city center by boat, bus, bicycle or walking (2 kilometers from Tivoli or 1,5 meter to the mall). Especially families love the place for it space, direct water access, sandy beach and quiet and safe surroundings.

A well-lit living area features hardwood flooring and large windows overlooking water. A unique wooden coffee table and a round maroon pouf are positioned next to a grey lounge chair with a yellow accent pillow. Contemporary speakers and a potted plant add to the inviting atmosphere.

Lovely apartment with a stunning harbour view. Building is on an artificial island in the harbour of Copenhagen. The apartment of 90 m2 has water view from all the windows and from the 10m2 big balcony. An attactive area, close to city center. The harbour of Copenhagen is clean and all enjoy to swim in it. 2 bedrooms, nice open kitchen and a cozy living room
