Very beautiful apartment, with an unbeatable location, beautiful view of the dragon hill and playa brava, safe neighborhood, with quick transportation. Everything is impeccable, new, beautiful decoration, the bed is very comfortable and has all the services it offers. I am very happy with my stay and with the attention given to me by the host (Ignacio), very good will and attentive all the time. I hope to return on my next trip to Iquique.

An apartment with an exceptional view of the port of Iquique, as shown in the photos, we found it quite useful to have a parking lot.

First of all, I would like to highlight the kindness of Mrs. Mirta, who was always attentive to all our concerns and inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, it is very new, so it is in excellent condition, and very well equipped. The environment is quiet, and it has very good shops and restaurants, steps from the apartment. It's definitely a place we hope to return to soon.

everything is good in the apartment, cozy, you don't get cold, downstairs there are two businesses that are open until 12:00 AM a 360-degree view of the port but the refrigerator is very noisy. Apartment with an excellent location overlooking the ocean and the city of Iquique.

Juan’s apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The bedding was top-notch. The pillows, towels, and bed sheets were all fresh and new. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and a fantastic view from the apartment. The only downside was the noise from the pubs right across the street, especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the music goes until around 5 am. Since the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning or a fan, we had to keep the windows open at night, which made the noise more noticeable and affected my sleep. Despite that, I’m still giving 5 stars because the apartment itself is lovely and very well maintained, and Juan is a great host. With the addition of a fan or AC, it would be even better.

My family and I loved the apartment, we felt right at home, a beautiful view of the city, we had good communication with Jorge, but I would also like to highlight the kindness of Don Osvaldo, it was an excellent stay. We will definitely choose it again for a future visit, 100% recommended.

The place was great. The apartment is well equipped, located in a safe area, close to a supermarket and a McDonalds, which was very convenient. Mrs. Margarita was very attentive and empathetic, always ready to help. It was a very pleasant stay! 100% recommended.

I appreciate the smooth communication with both the owner Evans and the manager Erika. The place is very safe and that's appreciated. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. We found local businesses a block away. Fresh fruits and vegetables and everything you need.
