Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The fantastic completely newly renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well maintained complex Palmeras Playa. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. A large selection of restaurants & cafes, two supermarkets, bakers and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

Our apartment Fuerteventura Sol Gym House And Spa is brand new and is very well located in a very quiet part of the island, in the countryside, but with very good access, and in a strategic area to visit the island, 40 minutes from the airport (45 kms). The nearest town is Tarajalejo, which is located five minutes away (6 km), where you can find a beautiful beach of black volcanic sand, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services.
