It was in the hands of the same family for over 40 years, and the new owners (family friends) have renovated the entire property. The house is in the heart of the jungle two blocks from the sea (7 minutes walk), a spacious and beautiful house, with nice gardens, giant trees, with recreation and relaxation areas: Swimming pool, patio, terraces, ranches, hammocks, grill, etc. Flora and fauna abound in the area.

Built in 2015 for a passionate surfing family living in Switzerland, Casa Mandarina is an stunning example of how good life can be in El Salvador, paradise is an understatement, look no further for your perfect surfing getaway. The house contains 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite, and sleeps up to 3 peoples (1 couple and 2 peoples) , AC and a fully fitted kitchen, as well as an external shower for getting the salt off.
