An exceptional house. Alessandra and her family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! We loved the experience!

The house has a very good structure, well-equipped house to receive, with colchoes and extra beds. Kitchen with a great variety of utensils. The host offers games, and some conveniences such as spices, salt, sugar. The garden is well cared for. Sefunda our group's stay in the house. What would make the house even more perfect would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, as we were in times of a lot of heat.

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well maintained and offers a great structure for those who want to rest comfortably. You only need to bring the seasonings and ingredients, as pots and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also worth mentioning: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which can be a factor to consider for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

Impeccable stay! I spent a wonderful week at André's place and I have nothing but praise. The place is clean, cozy, and well cared for. The suite is comfortable and the mattress in the master suite is excellent, it really made a difference in the rest. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, perfect for those who need to cook, and in the afternoon the sun enters in a very pleasant way, making the atmosphere very cozy. It is an ideal space for both solo and accompanied travelers. And the highlight goes to the host: André was undoubtedly the best I've ever had in all my Airbnb experiences. Kind, polite, super helpful and a great conversation! A very authentic person and always willing to help with whatever is needed. He even recommended the best pizzeria in BH and I can say that the tip was spot on. If you are staying there, I highly recommend including this visit in your itinerary!

The property was impeccably clean, organized and exactly as described in the listing. I took my two dogs with me and they just loved the space! The environment is pet friendly, spacious and comfortable for them to feel at home. Great location. The space is cozy, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils to convenience items such as a blender, microwave, towels, etc. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone looking for a special place to stay. I really loved staying in this penthouse and the best part was being very close to the Santa Inês neighborhood to visit my brother and nieces. In 5 minutes I was in the heart of the neighborhood. The apartment is very complete. I didn't meet Glau in person, but I picked up the keys from the neighbor Priscila, who was super nice. Glau let me in early and leave a little later, she was super flexible. I've already saved it as a favorite here, so I can stay there again on my next visit.

Very good stay, we are more than satisfied with the accommodation. Despite the fact that it is not the best neighborhood, the building is secure so no fear to have. The accommodation is clean and well lit, with beautiful views from the terrace. We will keep a good memory of it!

Space as per photos and description, close to the airport, commerce nearby. We stayed only one night, as we had scheduled flight for the next day, we will be back for sure.
