Beautiful house on the ground floor, with a large leisure area, barbecue area and swimming pool. The house is brand new, 3 en-suites and one bedroom, all air-conditioned and with a balcony, (all en-suites have a double bed and a bunk bed, the bedroom has two double beds) 5 bathrooms, internet, private well. Great location a few meters from the beach, central region. Complete furniture, including beverage display (freezer) and full kitchen. Open garage for 5 cars. Includes all bed, table and bath linens.
