The house is on the 2nd floor of an apartment in an old neighborhood with no elevator, and you need to walk a total of 16 steps. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and simple. The house has airtight soundproof windows, so you don't have to worry about peace and quiet when you fall asleep. There are cafes, convenience stores, and beauty shops nearby, making shopping convenient and life functional. The interior space is 3 bedrooms (A. 4-person room with 2 standard double beds, B. 2-person room with 1 standard double bed, C.Themed children's room with 1 standard single bed), 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 dry and wet bathroom and 1 working balcony (smoking area), plus a free washing machine and dryer, spacious space of about 100m². The house has a first-class energy-saving air conditioner (newly installed on 3/17/2025), a 43-inch smart TV with free Wi-Fi and cable programs, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap, with 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person.
