Highly recommended for staycation or shooting, modern design, and complete facilities. The atmosphere is quiet, making it the perfect location for shooting MV, including large-scale productions such as shooting from our team, Nagaswara.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Dwitya was an excellent host—responsive and truthful :) 10 out 10

I stayed at this unit for the whole month of Ramadan, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. From the first day I arrived, the security staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The assistant was also very helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and responding quickly whenever I needed anything. It really made my stay worry-free. The owner was very kind too—she even sent us some takjil (food to break our fast) one evening, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall i highly recommend this apartment!

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.
