The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.

The silence and the birds flying over the garden and the pool are a gift to the eyes In winter, nothing is more comforting than gazing into the fireplace.
