This house is an ideal accomodation for a holiday in the Varanger. The house and kitchen are very well equiped. Each person has a separate bedroom: beds are made and towels provided. The house is centrally located in the center of the Varanger from which you can travel to all the different places of interest. Our host Enid was very helpful and responded quickly to any question asked. There is a supermarket located at 1,5 km from the house which is very convenient because there are few shops in the region. We were a company of 5 bird watchers.: we spotted 116 different birds species during a week stay, and also a whale, moose, fox and arctic fox. It was a great and unforgettable expercience, we will probably revisit the region within some years.

Ragne's beautiful cottage was the perfect starting point for our trips around Varanger to look at birds. In the immediate vicinity, we also saw many birds. The cottage has everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Can only recommend Ragne's cottage!

Very nice and beautiful place, you find everything you need for your staying..lovely and friendly host, house is very clean, you can fish, walk and enjoy the view, very peacefull place. Highly recommend this little house to everybody.

Kaisa-house had the most amazing views. The house was tidy and sauna was nice. Well worth of money.

We did not stay in the original accommodation we booked, but Jan Magnar offered us the use of the small house next door and it was a very good exchange! Between the nights spent in the tent, we were able to go to the sauna and wash the laundry. The scenery was charming and the beds were good to sleep in. The kitchen is well-equipped. Families with children should consider the location, as the terrace fences (presumably due to the landscape) are really low.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cabin is very cosy and very well equipped with everything you need, Andreas was a very helpful and friendly host, and the location is very peaceful and great for trips in the region. Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed the cottage at Polmak, in the beginning of May it was still beautiful and wintery, and the place was very conveniently located, peaceful, the kitchen was very well equipped and we had great sleep in the soft beds. Also we really loved the guest book! The place was a great base to explore Norwegian nature from.
