My friends and I had a great time at the beach house! It was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

The condo has great amount of space, was quiet, clean and has everything you'll need for a short or longterm stay in guam. One of the three rooms provide some workout equipment. If you need to work on leg day, there are decent amount of stairs to help with that--keep in mind, this unit is on the third floor. The TV in the living room is already logged on to several streaming services, which is great. Communication with Stewat is great. If you have any questions or concerns, he is quick to respond and will help in any way he can. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again and would recommend this listing to others.

We are proud to be the best place in Guam for group travel. 10 people used it for 4 nights, and they took care of us carefully throughout the stay. Thanks to that, I was able to use the Hayat pool, and I had a happy trip with the warm consideration. Thank you, and if I come back to Guam, I'm 300% willing to visit again. ^^

My family and I took a quick trip back home needed a place to stay while we were here. I booked this place last minute but Cory and Jolo were so quick to reply and make sure i had anything i needed upon arrival. The condo was very nice, had lots of space and was very clean when we got there. The view is beautiful and there are many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into this place, the bathrooms are so nice, the decor makes the house feel modern and comfortable, and the amenities they provide are top tier. I would definitely recommend staying here not only for tourists, but also for locals who are looking to have a nice staycation. The hosts are very hospitable and make you feel very welcome. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity to.
