A cute and cosy house in the heart of old town of Brasov. From the bedroom you can enjoy the view over the castle like church, the little garden with many flowers and trees. In a few minutes you can get to the wild forest of nature reserve Mount Tampa or the city center for its attractions and restaurants, cafes & bistros. It is located on a narrow street next to the first romanian school, with entrance through the private courtyard shared with us, your hosts, living in the next door house.

We loved it, got it, and restored it to save its charm! Located in the historic area of the Brașov Old Town, at 30 minutes walking distance from the Black Church, the neighborhood is residential. Casa este incalzita automatizat, cu peleti din lemn si flacara adevarata. La etaj veti descoperi toaleta si cabina de dus separata. Atentie la cele trei trepte verticale, acestea pot fi dificile pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusa! Va rugam sa nu folosit aparate electrice cu putere mai mare de 1000W! Casa este adult-only.

Astfel, am preulat un apartament format initial din 5 camere extrem de generoase si am reusit sa il amenajam cochet, imbinand arhitectura veche cu un stil modern. Rezultatul fiind trei spatii distincte de inchiriat Mira Central, Mira Studio and Mira Duo fiecare spatiu avand baie proprie si intrare separata dintr-un hol comun, putandu-se inchiria separat dar si impreuna. Apartamentul a fost renovat Ianuarie 2022.

The house has one bedroom, one bathroom, a bright living with an extensible couch, a fully equipated kitchen, and a private garden with a view over the Black Church. The appartement is located on a little hill (you have to climb a little for ~2 minutes), it may not be suitable with people with disabilities.

We are a young family who loves traveling and decided to share with other travelers just a small part of what Old Town Brasov really means to us. Our flats are located in the same property in the middle of the Old City, just a few steps away from the main city attractions. The flats can accommodate either two, four or six guests and, combined, can house up to 14 people.
